Barre combined with mat

Barre Pilates Fusion mixes elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga and functional exercises to create a unique workout. This class incorporates a higher intensity workout with stretching to work and sculpt the entire body. The class is conducted with the support of the ballet barre (or alternative if you are taking this class virtually). The main focus is to increase strength, tone the muscles, and stretch the ligaments.

The Barre Pilates Fusion class consists of a maximum of 6 participants. The group provides a good opportunity to establish or expand your knowledge of both barre fitness and Pilates. Due to the small group size, the instructor makes every effort to correct each individual participant and give support to specific difficulties and incorrect postures. This class mixes elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and functional exercises to create a unique workout. In private or semi-private lessons, a training program using the ballet barre and Pilates mat insures an individually tailored workout to suit the needs of your body. You can train at your own pace and continuously deepen your learning experience. Thanks to one-on-one instruction, you will gain a detailed understanding of the principles of Pilates, barre fitness, and elements of ballet. The Barre Pilates Fusion classes may also include small equipment such as balls, toners, Pilates rollers, terra bands, weights, and Magic Circle (Pilates ring). One training session lasts 60 minutes.
