Equipment or mat training

Since 2018 Body Line Pilates Studio City in the centre of Zurich has been offering Pilates mat training and Pilates equipment training for children and young people aged 10 and over. Children and adolescents can therefore benefit from Pilates equipment and Pilates mat training as part of targeted body training that corrects their posture from head to toe. We are Qualicert/Qualitop certified and are therefore supported by the health insurance companies. We speak German, English, French, Spanish and Italian.

Our Pilates equipment training includes all equipment such as Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector and the Avalon. With these devices we put together an individually tailored training program, which is carried out under the supervision of the instructor. The aim is to adopt a correct posture through targeted body training both during training and in everyday life. An introductory lesson is mandatory for beginners!

The mat training courses are conducted in small groups of 3 to max. 6 children or adolescents, so that each participant can be individually supported by the trainer. Each exercise is based on a specific pose designed for economical alignment of the posture. The aim is to adopt a correct posture through targeted body training both during the training and in everyday life. Pilates also promotes concentration and stamina as a body mind training and helps the child or adolescent to focus better in everyday life and at school.
