Prenatal Yoga

This class offers a calm, welcoming space for expectant parents to stay active, relaxed, and connected throughout pregnancy. With a focus on safe, supportive movement and breathwork, the class is designed to relieve common physical discomforts, promote emotional well-being, and build strength and confidence for childbirth.
Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class encourages mindful movement, deep rest, and meaningful connection—with ourselves and baby.

Vinyasa Flow

This class is open to all levels of practitioners, with modifications for beginners and more layers for seasoned practitioners.

Hatha yoga – classical perfection in our studio

Vinyasa Flow – the dynamic practice with us

Experience the powerful elegance of Vinyasa Flow in our studio! Our experienced teachers will guide you through creative, breath-synchronized sequences that combine strength, flexibility and flow. In our motivating atmosphere, you can fully surrender to the rhythmic dance of movement and breath.

Yin yoga – deep relaxation in our rooms

In private lessons, a training program on the Pilates equipment is specially and individually tailored to your body’s needs. You can train at your own pace and continuously deepen your learning experience. Thanks to the private lessons, you will gain a detailed understanding of the principles of Pilates, a well-founded body training that will in turn prove useful in everyday life and is also easy to implement during activities and sports.

New to training? We recommend starting with our Foundation classes:

For beginners, we offer foundation-level Pilates classes on both equipment and mat – simply look for ‚Pilates Equipment Foundation‘ or ‚Pilates Foundation Mat Class‘ in our booking system. Click the button to go directly to the booking calendar.

Basic knowledge of the Pilates method and how to use the equipment (Reformer/Wunda Chair) is required, especially for the equipment training.

Qualified and Certified:

As an EMR-certified organization, we are recognized by health insurance. We also have been certified by the Fitness-Guide quality label, are a member of the BGB association of health and movement professionals, and hold several international BASI® Pilates qualifications, including the CTTC Comprehensive Teacher Training Course and BASI® Pilates Legacy Program Mentor.
