Equipment or mat training

Are you a business interested in offering Pilates as part of your company health and fitness program, and benefitting from special terms and discounts? Since 2018, Body Line Pilates Studio City has been offering Pilates training for closed small groups at lunchtime or by arrangement. We are Qualicert/Qualitop certified and are therefore supported by the health insurance companies. We speak German, English, French, Spanish and Italian.

If you are interested in Pilates equipment training, you can train privately, semi-privately (in pairs) or in groups of maximum 6 participants in our Studio BODY LINE Pilates Zürich City. The Studio is equipped with all equipment such as Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector and the Avalon. With this equipment, we put together an individually tailored training program, which is carried out under the supervision of the instructor. The aim is to adopt a correct posture through targeted body training both during training and in everyday life.

The Pilates mat training can take place in our Studio Zurich City or in your rooms. All we need is a room where we can roll out the mats and the time slots. The duration of the lessons can range from 30 minutes to 60 minutes; several classes can also be offered one after the other. We provide the training mats or they can be purchased by your company or your employees. The group size should be limited to a maximum of 12 participants so that they can be individually supervised by the trainer.
