Kristina Schulz
Ever since she was a child, Kristina has had a passion for sports, dance, and movement. She enjoys learning new things, which led her to discover many different physical activities — starting with ballet and moving on to judo, ballroom dancing, Ultimate Frisbee, capoeira, boxing, and yoga, to name a few. What she finds most exciting about Pilates is the fact that it is a sport in which people of all ages and fitness levels can participate. The Pilates method not only contributes to a positive physical condition and good muscle tone, but most importantly achieves better body consciousness and improved body mechanics.
As a primary school and special education teacher, she finds particular enjoyment in helping people grow, develop, and have a positive experience.
Her languages of instruction are German and English.
