As the daughter of a dancer, Jasmin was born with an urge to move in her blood. While studying psychology at the University of Zurich, Jasmin developed an interest in the connection between sports and the psyche. Seeking to improve health through movement and creating a balance between the mind and the body, Jasmin discovered the Pilates method. As a psychology student, she aims to incorporate the newest scientific findings in her training methods. For that reason, Jasmin chose to complete her training in mat and studio apparatus with BASI® (Body Arts and Science International) and as an EMS (electromuscular stimulation) instructor with Bionic®.

She has been instructing group classes in mat and apparatus with great enthusiasm ever since.

She conducts her classes in German and English.
