Juliane Oppenheim

Juliane was enthusiastic about exercise from an early age: From ballet and apparatus gymnastics to tennis, athletics, jogging and dancing – movement has always been an integral part of her life. While studying biology, she discovered yoga and Pilates on the mat and was immediately fascinated by this new, mindful way of moving.

When she started working and as a mother of three children, she had to severely limit her sporting activities – which was not without consequences: her mobility decreased, muscles broke down and back pain increased.

In 2021, during the coronavirus pandemic, Juliane started doing sport again – and discovered Pilates Reformer for herself. With growing enthusiasm for the positive effects of Pilates, she decided to start training as a Pilates teacher at the internationally renowned BASI Pilates Academy. Since then, she has enjoyed every moment of this exciting journey.

Juliane teaches in German and English.

In addition to her work as a Pilates teacher, she works as a project manager in the HR and NGO sector.
