Pilates equipment training

Pilates equipment training is carried out on classic Pilates equipment such as the Reformer (incl. Jump Board), Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector, Ladder Barrel, Arm Chair and Avalon. Our offer consists of private lessons (1 person/personal training), semi-private (2 people per lesson) and group training (3 to max. 6 participants per lesson). You can book individual lessons or subscriptions of 10 or 20 people; appointments are then booked via SportsNow. An introductory lesson is required before training on our equipment to clarify your general fitness level. The costs for our equipment training can be found in our > Price list

Pilates mat training

We offer Pilates mat training including small equipment such as balls, toners, Pilates rollers, terrabands, weights and Magic Circle (Pilates ring) mainly in weekly groups of 6-15 people, but also in private (1 person) and semi-private classes (2 people) of 60 minutes each. Subscriptions of 10 and 20 people are also recommended for mat training. Appointments can be booked via SportsNow. The costs for our equipment training can be found in our > Price list

Ballet for adults

Whether you’re a beginner or returning to ballet, our classes provide the perfect space to experience dance with joy and professionalism.
