Private, semi-private or group

The training is carried out on the classic Pilates machines such as Reformer (incl. Jump Board), Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector, Ladder Barrel, Arm Chair and Avalon. Our offer consists of private lessons (1 person/personal training), semi-private lessons (2 persons per hour) and group training (3 to max. 6 participants per hour). In Private lessons, a training program on Pilates equipment is specially and individually tailored to the needs of your body. You can train at your own pace and continuously deepen your learning experience. Thanks to the individual lessons you will gain a detailed understanding of the principles of Pilates, a well-founded body training, which in turn proves useful in everyday life and can also be implemented well in other activities and sports. This training is suitable for everyone, but especially for people who have undergone operations, pregnant women, women after childbirth, people with specific pains (acute or chronic), people with injuries after an accident, senior citizens, competitive athletes as well as dancers and athletes. A private lesson lasts 60 minutes.

In semi-private lessons, two participants with similar needs and training levels visit the Pilates machines together for one hour. Similar to personal training, both course participants will be given special and individual attention and a personal training program will be put together to give you a better understanding of your body and a well-founded body training, which you can integrate into your everyday life and other sporting activities. A semi-private lesson lasts 60 minutes.

In group training you train on equipment specially developed for Pilates in order to correct specific incorrect postures in the musculoskeletal system. The training combines strength, endurance, stability in the trunk, mobility in the joints, stretching, coordination and balance. The training is limited to 6 participants, so that everyone receives the full attention of the course leader during the body work. One training session lasts 60 minutes, which leads to great results with fun and a physical challenge. Studio

To attend the training you should be familiar with the pilates method and the machines Reformer/Wunda Chair. For participants without any prior knowledge/ absolute beginners we offer private introduction classes or our foundation class. If you book the class nevertheless we will have to cancel your participation for safety reasons without any refund.

To book our introductory lesson, please first create an account at SportsNow (Create Account) and log in. Then go to “Appointments” > “Introductory lesson” > “INTRODUCTORY EQUIPMENT PRIVATE”.

Basic knowledge of the Pilates method and how to use the equipment (Reformer/Wunda Chair) is required, especially for the equipment training.
